Our professional inspection reports meet and exceed the standards of NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors.) Our reports use leading industry software and include digital photos to assist clients in recognizing issues.

We can deliver our inspection reports to clients in several ways:

1. During a personal consultation. We can meet and review the report together in detail.

2. In PDF format via email within 24 hours after the inspection (usually by the end of the day of the inspection.)

3. A hard copy mailed via the USPS by the next business day after the inspection. Please allow up to seven days mail time to be received.

4. A hard copy can be produced on site after the inspection is completed. Please allow up to 1 hour to complete.
